  I’m Dennise Pedroza, a licensed real estate broker and the founder of Medical Relocation Partners, a program dedicated to helping physicians and medical professionals transition smoothly into their new homes and communities.

Before stepping into real estate, I spent 11 years working in hospital compliance, where I gained a deep understanding of the healthcare environment and the unique challenges medical professionals face. That background gave me insight into the demanding schedules, high expectations, and commitment required in the medical field — and it’s this understanding that drives the way I serve my clients today.

My role is to simplify the process, guide you every step of the way, and ensure you feel supported and at ease throughout your transition.

• Network of Trusted Professionals: Need a mortgage or lease advice? I connect you with lenders, honest home inspectors, reliable movers, and more – all vetted through my network.
• Transparent & Responsive: I know your time is limited, so I’m available evenings and weekends to answer questions. I keep you updated proactively – you’ll never have to wonder about next steps.
• Settling-In Support: My help doesn’t end at closing. From recommending a pediatrician to the best cafes near your hospital, I continue as your local resource even after you move in.
